As I sat in my jeans and a slightly stained but lets be honest stained t shirt, sipping a coffee and checking the various online celebrity rag-mags, I received an alarming message. Contained within this message was by and far the most disgusting sentence I have ever read in my entire life. The sentence was not some grotesque notion nor was it descriptive by any stretch of the imagination. It was simply a command; an order to stare headlong into the abyss of something so mature and so traumatic that it made my cell phone cascade tears through the screen and onto my wrist.

She bumps into Bryce Baddy while she’s rushing along Bloor St. like she’s someone important. He hollers at her and she stops mid-step as her heart jumps into her throat. An ex. Or something like that. Their on-and-off relationship with each other was never clearly defined. He bursts out of the coffee shop he works in, looking like he was cast to play the heart-breaking coffee-grinder with ripped jeans, vintage t-shirt and three days of facial scruff. He runs up to her and kisses her on the cheek.

When gas gets excessive, it not only harms innocent sniffers nearby, but it can also harm you – burping (eructition) or farting (flatulence) sometimes come alongside serious pain and bloating. Rarely associated with a serious disease, this problem causes both embarrassment and annoyance. So let’s look to see if there is anything you can do about it. First, let’s divide it into body areas.

So maybe you personally had nothing to do with the riot. You’re not one of the 412 arrests made this past Saturday afternoon and thus are excused from G20 detention. But can you really hold your head up high and say that you’ve never fantasized about smashing the window of a Starbucks? It’s in our primitive nature to use violence as a form of expression, and the G20 provided the best excuse to do so.
