Yey or Neigh – Cheerleading

Some sports have it, others don’t. What say you?

They’re not only there to please our stallions. At a Raptors game recently, the cheerleaders performed a fun, 1950s themed dance after the first quarter. And hey, our team won. But do they always need to look sexy in order to be accepted? What would we think of the Leafs if there were cheerleaders figure skating in between periods? Would they start to win a game? Or should sports be strictly that – a sport without a show.
