Mix, match, play. Many of these ingredients can keep for ages so stock up when you hit the store so you’ll always have them around the kitchen. A big tip is to keep the texture consistent so chop everything into thin slices to go with the pasta you choose. The herbs don’t last long so use the whole bunch, chop them up finely, and throw them into the pasta at the end to keep the flavour. You get to decide on the quantities for your masterpiece, but a general rule of thumb is with longer noodles (Spaghetti, Spaghettini, etc.) one serving can be held between your thumb and index finger.
