The BMW GINA Concept: F’ing UNREAL!
The concept is simple: a car made out of fabric. No ripping, except on the road.

Yummy. The advantages with the GINA (Geometry and Functions in Adaptions) are not only it’s extremely light weight, but the car can literally change it’s shape thanks to this fabric body exterior. This is the real transformers car, sorry GM. See more pics below:

A night to help raise funds for the About Face Collective urban eco-village project:

If there’s one thing we love here at Mushy Pony, it’s celebrating the amazing skills of our local creative entrepreneurs. Showcasing the works from artists such as Danielle Hession and Mahmood Popal, alongside the musical talents of Dr. Draw and A Group of Seven, plus a fashion show of local, eco-friendly designs from Preloved, Hempress, and The Deadly Nightshades – needless to say, it was a night not to be missed.

Street Art: I Miss You

Here’s some interesting street art. Wool carefully knotted around the chain link fence at Trinity Bellwoods Park. I Miss You. Becoming unraveled. Blowing in the wind. Slowly forgotten.

Queen West Art Crawl ’09

Courtesy of mushypony.com
Last weekend was the Queen West Art Crawl. This yearly event gets better and busier as the word gets out. It takes about two hours just to get around the stalls in Trinity Bellwoods Park where you wonder if there are as many dogs as there are people. Here is the perfect opportunity to support local artists and put something original up on your walls.
